I screwed up booking the room - the website is a little clunky in that you read a room summary, click "book now" and it takes you to the calendar and you may not notice that it takes you to the Cold War Crisis room and you have to scroll down in the calendar to get to the room you want to book. BUT a phone call and an email and it was all corrected quickly and smoothly by Andy. Great, friendly, helpful customer service. The Mad Professor's Asylum was REALLY fun and exciting, especially the final puzzle! The room was VERY well done. We have played 15 escape rooms and this was one of the best. I think our game master was Melissa and she was excellent at debriefing us and gave us some very great tips and advice and didn't rush us out the door like some escape room companies do. Spencer did a very good job introducing us to the escape room at the beginning. We have now done every escape room that they have at this facility and have enjoyed each of them a lot! (Although Mind Boggling is pretty easy - much more of a beginner's room.) Have fun and good luck!

This was a great experience for first timers. We wanted to try something different and since the weather was scheduled to be very poor, I scheduled an escape room for the very first time. Although we were the only ones to book a reservation for the Mad Professor's Asylum, we had a blast. Since the room was designed for 6-8 people, I didn't have much expectation that we would complete it before the hour was up, but we were able to knock out some of the puzzles. Nathaniel was a great help when we requested a few of our allotted hints. Next time, we will bring a few more friends and see how far we can get, but it was definitely a memorable first time.

My company decided to do this as a company outing and it was a great team building activity. My team was put into the Mad Professor's Asylum and it was definitely a lot of fun. You only have an hour to escape and it really pushed us to work as a team as well as break up into mini-teams when we were starting to run out of time. The game masters were very helpful and fun. We were able to get out with 3 minutes to spare - this was all of our first time doing an escape room. The adrenaline was present trying to get out in 60 minutes. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to go. Just know that you have to communicate with your team in order to do well.
