Great time with family We had a group of 8 people and we had a great time! We did the Shawshank room, it was hard but not impossible. The staff was helpful and courteous throughout the entire process. I definitely recommend and already are planning our next trip.

Perfect family Christmas gift My family had never done an escape room before so I took them out to the Axxiom in Wilmington and they had a blast. The Shawshank V2 was full of unexpected surprises and a great atmosphere that's enjoyable even if you haven't seen the movie, and people who have seen the movie will appreciate a lot of the detail and thought put into the experience. The store was a little busy because of what I assume was a big holiday rush, but the staff did not let it affect their ability to get us into our room on time and the associate Eric handled my transaction full of split payments very well. And one of the managers, Michael, explained the scenario perfectly when taking us into our room and set us up for a really great time!
