About the experience
Tonight is Krampusnacht, and you have been deemed naughty. You hide in your room, underneath the bed covers as you ask for forgiveness. Suddenly the air becomes freezing…You hear the rattle of chains and the ringing of bells… "He's here," you whisper to yourself. A claw-like hand rips you from underneath the covers and everything goes black. This is the last thing you remember. As you groggily wake up on an unfamiliar floor, you hear the demented laughter of what looks to be elves. You realize you're in a cell. One of them approaches you and mutters, "The Master will return in an hour to finish you off."
DISCLAIMER: Krampus: Violent Night is considered a horror experience, based on the Krampus folklore. Krampus tortures children in these tales, the game theme stays true to these stories. It is advised that escape artists under the age of 13 not participate. Krampus's dungeon is full of elves and possessed toys (live actors) that are meant to torture (scare) all victims (you)! This adventure is played in the dark with very minimal light source! You will NOT be issued a refund if you choose to leave the experience because of the adventure's graphic content/scare factor.

The escape room is inside an expansive beige-colored facility with a brown roof and the brand name written in large blue fonts. The glass door at the entrance welcomes you inside the facility's lobby.
The spacious lobby inside receives ample natural light and ventilation due to the large windows. The walls of this are embellished with black and grey patterned wallpaper and antique clocks.
The lobby is furnished with matching grey couches, chairs, and wooden flooring. The facility also offer board games that can be played on large tables that can accommodate many players.
