About the experience

Welcome to Arggh! Pizza, home of world famous Pirate Paul, the pizza pirate. But a few months ago, Paul began spending his tips on lumber and his nights at the pier. It was whispered that he was building a ship, though there were doubts as to it’s seaworthiness. Three weeks ago Paul didn’t show up to work, and neither did his coworker Bob. Reports from the harbor are that Paul is “recruiting” crew members, as he calls them, and trapping them on his ship. Well, today you took that slice of pizza from that van and found yourself trapped on Paul’s ship. He gave you 3 choices, and in one hour you will have to make your decision. You either need to pay the ransom and be gone, become a member of the crew or walk the plank. Can you do it? Can you escape this pirate’s confusion?

Fun night with youth group The staff was super (and I mean crawl under sets to retrieve a dropped below the floor phone) helpful and friendly. They set the scene and mood. The pirate room is challenging! I would go back to check out the 80s room. Very fun night working as a team and laughing.
Incredible experience. Took my 14 year old twins and 6 of their friends. The owners are terrific and gave the boys a great experience in the pirate room. Kids loved it and we will be back to do another room!!! The owners are really knowledgeable about escape rooms - and we moved the fact that they are private. Would recommend for a date night, night out with friends, or a family event.
Recently went to this escape room with my daughter's soccer team. We had been there once before and really enjoyed it. It was very nice to see that they had changed up the rooms to keep things interesting, and challenging, for the return guests. We split up into two groups and did two different rooms. My group did the Pirate Pizzas of Eight room. Wow! Was it ever fun! I won't give away any of the details, but will say that it was a great mix of both super challenging and less challenging puzzles. It made for an excellent time with the mix of young and older people that we had, with everyone being able to pitch in and solve something throughout the entire room. The staff is always exceptionally friendly. They are always quite personable and engaging when you first come in, and when you are done they get the team together for costumes and photos. If you are looking for a fun activity for a family, or a larger group, you won't go wrong going to Escape Confusion. My youngest and I have done several rooms in York, Gettysburg, Hanover, and even Myrtle Beach, and Escape Confusion is on top of our list for fun! We will definitely be back soon...
