About the experience

Welcome to your new life as an exhibit in the Alien Zoo! Intelligent lifeforms from all over the universe come to this intergalactic space station to view less evolved creatures in captivity. Your keepers have done their best to recreate a natural human habitat within your enclosure. You will spend the rest of your days here being ogled and teased by alien families as you attempt their insulting "intelligence tests." The aliens think humans are among the most primitive lifeforms in the zoo. Can you prove them wrong? Other humans have been here for some time. Perhaps if you work together, you can escape the zoo!

The facility is in a pale pink building with a colorful brand logo hanging above the venue's entrance. A glass doorway invites you inside the facility's spacious and bright lobby.

A wooden reception desk stands opposite the doorway to receive you as you walk inside. Various clock and key designs hang from the brick wall behind the reception, adding to the overall decor.

A waiting area in the room has several comfortable chairs and couches, and board games to keep you entertained as you wait. Brand merch is also available to purchase as souvenirs of the experience.

The alien zoo room was super immersive and fun for the whole family. The host was a great actor. My kids were absolutely thrilled to see aliens. I was cracking up at the theme of the room. My fiance thought the acting made the rooms so much more fun. Definitely will be back to try more rooms.

So impressed! We've done other escape rooms and the Alien Zoo at EscapeOut was SUCH a welcome surprise! The staff was outstanding - excellent characters, costumes, and interaction (I was a little creeped out, in a good way!), and the puzzles were so challenging, yet the entire experience was appropriate for kids as well. Can't wait to support this place again!

Our group of 6 did the alien zoo room. We were delighted when an alien came into the waiting room to lead us to our new home, but then warned us that it was known that our species usually didnt live past an hour in their captivity. Everyone in the group helped solve at least some parts of the puzzles, so no one was left out. The room was pretty well matched to us, since we only needed one hint, and we finished with about 5 minute to spare.
