As a distant heir, you've just discovered that your family's future hinges on finding a mysterious deed hidden somewhere on the grounds.

Your mission is clear: uncover the hidden deed that secures your family's claim to your lands and fortune. You'll need to sift through old mining maps, decipher cryptic letters, and unlock concealed compartments. Every item and detail in the room could be a potential piece of the puzzle.

You and your group must work together, combining intellect, intuition, and teamwork to solve the puzzles that will lead you to the elusive deed.

Our California family came to visit and we experienced the most wonderful time. Even our 3 smallest family members had great time. Marty did a great job explaining everything. We literally laughed and danced while we created our masterpieces on the canvas and each other!

Aaron was very patient and ready to help throughout the process( on our terms). The building is 108 years old!! Kind of creepy at first but definitely worth it. I am excited to go back to try a different room. Staff is nice and clues a take some real thinking. We only had 2 people so weren't able to finish, he showed us the ending after and e felt supported with such few ppl

Five stars is not enough! I met with the owners to discuss proposing to my significant other in one of their escape rooms. As they were undergoing renovations, they worked overtime to make sure everything was perfect in time for us! I couldn't be more excited with how this went and how phenomenal everyone at HOI was in this event! 10 out of 10 would recommend!
