The facility is a vintage-looking building with a combination of beige and red brick outer walls. The brand logo is painted on the venue's windows, making the place easily recognizable from the outside.

You can access the facility from its entrance on the left of the building. An elevator in the building takes you to the second floor on which you find the door with the logo.

The interior is very much coherent with the exterior. The contrast of the brick walls with the black accent wall in the lobby area adds a lot of character to the room. The warm lighting and wooden flooring make the space cozy and inviting.

The waiting area is furnished with regal-looking golden couches and chairs. A huge silver-colored leader board in the corner of the room has the escapees' names with each room's best records.

Went through the escape room The Patient. Had an amazing time. The staff was amazing and very friendly. My family and I do an escape room or 2 every month, so we consider ourselves pros. These games were very challenging and fun. Clues were very out of the box and creative, not just locks everywhere. We would definitely visit this place again. Good fun for the family and friends.

Hands down the best escape room experience I've had. I've done around 20 different rooms around the country and this one by far takes the cake. The game was well thought out and maintained to ensure each time around it is ready. There was a group of 4 of us and we completed the "Patient" room. Our game master, Cassidy (I apologize if I spelt that wrong), was knowledgeable and did a phenomenal job of making sure we had a fun and challenging time. We will be back soon and definitely recommending to all our friends!

Went with a group of friends and did The Patient room. It was a blast! We escaped but we went over by 5 minutes so we got caught. It was great fun solving the puzzles, riddles, we were really racking our brain but team work is the best way. We will be back to conquer them all!
