13th Floor Originally we were going to go to the aquarium, but due to COVID-19 it wasn't open to the public. We decided we'd find an escape room to do instead. Did a little google search and picked The Escape Artist because they had excellent reviews and afternoon times available. The game master went to wipe the room down with disinfecting wipes before allowing us into the room. The room itself was fun and the best part is - we escaped! 10/10 would recommend!
Excellent games, fantastic service This place was amazing! We loved the coven game so much we immediately came back for the Atlantis. Both are doable by a group of 4, with a higher emphasis on doing the witches one over the submarine. The submarine was fine, but it was quite small and most of our group was about 6'3-6'6 so it was quite uncomfortable. Aside from that, the coven is just such a great and fun game. The staff member was really friendly (I want to guess the guys name was Josh but idk if that's even close). Further, the hint system worked well without the need of an intercom or anything and nothing ever felt like we required the help of the person running the game. It was great all around and can't wait to try the 13th floor. Bonus for not being paired with another group despite not having all the tickets!
We've been to about 4 escape rooms now and this was one of the best. The staff was super friendly, fun and helpful. The waiting area had it's own puzzles to solve and locked boxes to open. The room itself (13th floor elevator themed room) was very well made and thought out. I am a casual escape room player. In my opinion the puzzles offer just the right amount of challenge without being impossible for an amateur to solve. Overall an excellent experience and I look forward to going back and trying another one of their rooms.
