This was our first escape room experience as a family. My daughter had done a couple of them in other cities and she wanted to do one for her birthday. It was a great experience for us! The hosts were professional and it was easy to book online and reserve our time. Next time we are in Little Rock, we will be back!
This was our first Escape room, I don't know how it compares with others but I do know that we had fun. My wife, daughter (16) and I took the advise of one of the staff and chose the room in which you are searching for the antidote which will save the Little Rock water supply from an evil scientist who is about to poison the water. You have locks and clues that you put together or find the key/combination and move through the room. If you have never been in an Escape Room, then realize that when you find something in your search it may or may not be of use, that is part of the game. The reason that I gave this a four grade and not a five is because I have nothing to compare it to. The staff was friendly and enthusiastic, the instructions were easy to understand, we got two hints, one was to confirm something and the other helped us know that we needed to do something that we probably wouldn't have stumbled upon because this was our first room. We did get out with 3 minutes to spare, you are busy, the time goes quickly, there are surprise, startle, oh and ah moments. We chose this business because it had smaller room occupancy, didn't require you to fill the room and didn't put you with other players not in your group, which we didn't want to do. The bottom line is we had fun, were safe, felt like we got our money's worth and would go back. Can't give you more of a recommendation than that.
The UCA Women's soccer team went for a team building expereince and loved it. The whole group was able to not only compete against the clock but also eachother as well because we all went in at the same time. Most places split up big groups so they cannot all go at once, but Escape LIttle Rock had a big enough facility to let us all go against each other. The room I did was clever and the team really enjoyed it! I would recommend doing the Escape Little Rock with your team, friends, or family.
