I've been going here for 4 years and have done multiple rooms. I have had nothing but great experiences. The rooms are fun, the clues are innovative, and the staff is always so helpful. I love that they're different than other escape rooms in that they don't actually "lock" you so you don't feel trapped in case someone was claustrophobic or had to use the bathroom. They provide clues without penalty. And they let you stay a little extra to finish the room if you're close. I go with my young mentee (12 years old now) and he's been able to go the last few years and the clues are easy enough for him to understand but still challenging for anyone to complete. Always rewarding to finish.
