Seven out of seven 5th grade girls rate this 5 stars! Creepy without being too scary. Needed lots of clues but the clues were vague enough that they still felt like they were figuring things out. The puzzles were really interesting & creative. The host was fun and helpful. Difficult enough that adults would find it fun and challenging as well. A wonderful experience!

We had a group of 8 attempt The Ritual Room for my 25th birthday and we could not have asked for a better experience! The host did such an amazing job getting into character and staying in character throughout our experience. The room stays true to the theme and is cleverly thought out. It's a little less expensive than some other rooms in the area, but definitely provides a high-level experience. We got down to the last two puzzles and were incredibly close to finishing it when the timer ran out - but that didn't lessen our experience. Highly recommend!

I have done 5 Escapism rooms now and I don't want to try anything else in Portland. Escapism puts clever thought into each clue and so much effort put forth to keep with the theme of each room. It's not just a bunch of puzzles and locks, there is so much to it! I've done escape rooms with larger companies in other cities and nothing compares to Escapism. My favorite so far has been Malice Manor, but I've completely enjoyed Dr. Zyclov (a great first escape room), Alien Zoo, Magician's Menagerie, and The Ritual Room (another favorite).
